Approach
Most of my work happens in regulated environments: financial services, payroll, telecom. When the output is someone's paycheque, you can't afford to lose a message or guess what went wrong. Every transaction is traceable, every failure shows up somewhere, and nothing depends on luck.
When a production integration breaks, my teams call me. Once it's fixed, I'm also the one who writes down what happened and how to avoid it next time.
Idempotent processing, retries with backoff, dead-letter queues that raise alerts, and a correlation ID that follows each transaction from start to finish.
Managed identities, Key Vault and Entra ID. No secrets in code or configuration files, and every input is validated where it enters the system.
Dashboards, alerts on queue depth and delays, runbooks and onboarding guides are part of what I deliver, not an afterthought.
I use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot every day. My rule is simple: I never ship code I couldn't defend in a code review.

A platform that helps independent auto shops and other appointment-based businesses stay in touch with their customers. It sends confirmations, reminders, vehicle-ready notices and review requests automatically, handles two-way SMS, and respects consent and anti-spam rules. Kairos recently partnered with the Chambre de commerce et de l'industrie Haute-Yamaska.
Visit the websiteTelecon builds fibre networks across Canada and the United States and grew through acquisitions, so each subsidiary had its own payroll and timesheet systems. I designed the Azure middleware that brings them together: REST APIs for modern platforms, file exchange for older ones, and Service Bus between each step so one slow system never holds up the rest.
Business-critical applications and data pipelines in a regulated environment: ingestion and transformation with Data Factory and Databricks, services connected to Sitecore, controlled releases, and mentoring for other developers.
A case management platform for immigration professionals, used for more than 6,000 candidates from about 100 countries. It covers client files, documents, secure payments, subscriptions and automated follow-ups.

OpenAI says it has found a solution to a decades-old advanced maths problem in a matter of hours using a new artificial intelligence (AI) model and thousands of AI bots. The ChatGPT-maker said that by focusing a group of roughly 10,000 AI agents, or AI bots that undertake tasks somewhat autonomously, it solved a notoriously difficult maths problem in just 88 hours. Such an effort would have cost roughly $10m, based on OpenAI's own pricing for output from its most advanced models.
